Deputy Operations Director and General Director

 


Summary:

Handle and execute all the Company PR & Marketing activities for its clients and public; suggest the timely adjustment of PR and marketing strategies and plans based on market changes and conditions; as well as develop and coordinate its public and clients relations. 

Major Responsibilities/Duties:
- Handle and execute all activities related to PR and marketing for the Company and its subsidiaries. 
- Build and Execute the Company PR & marketing plans, strategies, policies and procedures in order to achieve the set goals and objectives. 
- Promote the Company products and services in such a way that leads to increase the Company market share and reflect the required image to the public. 
- Assist in developing and implementing promotional campaigns in coordination with other relevant functions. 
- Participate in editing and/or writing of the Company publications. 
- Gather market data, in order to assist the Company to have a better understand on the new market trends. 
- Respond to customer satisfaction and complaints. 
- Plan and conduct market research to identify opportunities to increase sales. 
- Research industry news/trends and report findings. 
- Research, and maintain accurate and up to date status of various PR & marketing initiatives. 
- Generate and distribute appropriate PR & marketing reports as needed. 
- Gather, and report to management research data regarding market size, and market share from independent market data sources. 
- Prepare and report to management market share forecasts by integrating market data along with proposed sales plans. 
- Research prospected and new customer acquisition opportunities. 
- Monitor and prepare summaries and analysis of competitors’ press releases and marketing campaigns. 
- Develop recommendations for new campaigns that meet or exceed conversion goals at the lowest possible cost. 
- Produce written content and graphics for marketing and PR materials including brochures, fact sheets, press releases and advertisements. 
- Develop ideas and opportunities for interviews, presentations and other public and external relation activities that promote awareness of the Company activities, products and services. 
- Plan, organize and attend all public programs including exhibits, presentations, public events, shows, dinners, conferences and special programs.  
- Handle all matters related to the Company's guests; coordinate their meetings and transport to ensure their comfort and satisfaction. 
- Develop of a filing system (with all documents related to PR & marketing) and ensure it is continuously updated. 
- Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities appointed as illustrated in the authority matrices, and perform any other duties related to the job as assigned by the Deputy Operations Director

- Fluency in Arabic and English, written and oral. 
- Computer literacy: MS windows applications (word processing, excel, spreadsheets…). 

Work Experience:
3 years experience in marketing and PR activities, or any other related filed. 

Education: 

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
